  1. How much do your services to employers cost?

    Our recruitment service fees are not only competitive with industry practice but cost effective. Our fees are basically dependent on the number needed by the employer per request, the skill level requirements of the job and the relative difficulty of recruiting and relocating qualified candidates. Our fees range from a minimum equivalent of one month to a maximum of two and half times of the successfully recruited employee’s monthly salary. Our fee proposals are submitted only after thoroughly scoping your requirements and assessing the recruitment process needed. We are confident that our fees will always be worth the benefits that would accrue to you.

  2. What benefits are there in utilizing your services? Can we do the hiring ourselves?

    We will not be in business if what we do can be easily done by everyone. Foreign recruitment involves familiarity with complicated regulations and laws. We make it a point to know and constantly update ourselves on these ever changing regulations, requirements, and procedures to enable us to do things properly. Mistakes cause costly delays and disruption to business timetables. We bridge the cultural divide. Dealing with Foreign Workers to ensure that they are not only suitable but will function effectively in their positions when they arrive is so complex. Our experience and know how makes the whole process seamless on your part.   3. How long will it take to bring in a foreign worker?

    Currently, it is between three to six months from selection of the suitable candidates, but these vary from time to time. What materially changes our timelines are factors that come into play: the schedule and readiness of selected employees to leave after obtaining their work visas, the processing time of Service Canada’s Labor Market Opinion, and the location of the Canadian Embassy where the application will be filed. Canadian Embassies in different countries have different processing times.

  4. Can you give me an idea of the processes involved? and how do I conduct interviews?
